The Tone Tubby Green Ceramic 4040 uses a new ceramic magnet structure with a standard cone surround and an untreated hemp cone. Its fast motor action creates a fine-grained cone distortion with an alnico-like feel, then gives you that classic ceramic crunch when you push it — softened by the hemp cone's woody texture.

Of the Green Series, the 4040 is the thickest: controlled, meaty mids that keep string edge and bite, with more crunch and a little less chime. Attack is fast with almost no drag.
