Ruby Tubes 6-Month Limited Warranty
Every vacuum tube we sell is covered by a 6-month limited warranty — one of the best in the industry. Because we carefully select and test our tubes, we stand behind all of them.
What's covered. This warranty covers all vacuum tubes purchased from Ruby Tubes against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.
What we'll do. If a covered tube fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement or store credit toward your next purchase.
What's not covered. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect biasing, or use outside your amplifier manufacturer's specifications;
- Physical damage, drops, or breakage after delivery (transit damage is handled under our Shipping Policy);
- Normal wear, microphonics, or tone changes consistent with normal tube aging;
- Misuse, abuse, modification, or use with faulty equipment;
- Used or "as-is" gear and clearance items, except where a defect is disclosed at purchase.
How to make a claim. Email orders@magicparts.com with your order number, the tube model, and a description of the issue. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase — it's required. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Nothing in this warranty limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
