Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Not all items are eligible for returns. It is your responsibility to contact us before shipping anything back so we can confirm your item qualifies. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return or ask a return question, contact us at orders@magicparts.com. We'll let you know whether your item is eligible and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide free return labels. (In limited cases — such as a defective item or a shipping error on our part — we may provide a prepaid label at our discretion.)

Damages and issues. Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at orders@magicparts.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items. The following are not eligible for return: used products (unless defective), gift cards, custom or personalized items (including all amp coverings), and special orders. For safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. The item must be returned unused, with any tags, in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, contact us at orders@magicparts.com.
