At Ruby Tubes, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in the world. Please read below for details on our shipping processes and protections.
Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs and delivery estimates for your specific location will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended)
We offer Premium Shipping Protection as an optional paid service at checkout. This service provides complete coverage for your order against being lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 14 consecutive days, we consider the package lost and will issue a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or damaged, please provide photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Stolen Packages: Coverage includes packages marked as "delivered" but not received (subject to a brief waiting period).
Please note: If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Ruby Tubes is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that transit times vary depending on your destination and customs processing for international orders.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, Ruby Tubes is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How to File a Claim
If you purchased Shipping Protection and need to report an issue, please contact us immediately at orders@magicparts.com with your order number or submit a claim here. We will prioritize your claim to ensure a swift resolution.
