Shipping policy

At Ruby Tubes, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, wherever you are in the world.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $125 (some exceptions apply for oversized items such as amplifiers, cabinets, and certain heavy items like Grill Cloth or Tolex).

Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, including to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs and delivery estimates for your location are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Transit times vary by destination and, for international orders, customs processing.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers your order against being lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:

  • Lost packages: If tracking hasn't updated for 14 consecutive days, we'll treat the package as lost and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, send us photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Stolen packages: Covers packages marked "delivered" but not received (after a short verification period).

If you do not purchase Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will help you file a claim with the carrier; however, recovery in those cases is subject to the carrier's process and decision.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, Ruby Tubes is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

How to File a Claim

If you purchased Shipping Protection and need to report an issue, contact us right away at orders@magicparts.com with your order number, or submit a claim at https://rubytubes.com/pages/claim-page. We'll prioritize your claim for a swift resolution.
