You Spoke, We Listened
For years it happened at the NAMM Show. Someone walks up to the Ruby Tubes booth, sees the name, grins, and says some version of the same thing: "You guys have to do a Ruby Tuesday promotion."
Players, amp techs, builders, even other vendors have been telling us this for years. You spoke, we listened. Welcome to Ruby Tubesday.
Free Shipping on All Vacuum Tubes, Every Tuesday
Here's the promotion you asked for: every Tuesday through the end of 2026, shipping is free on all vacuum tubes. No minimum order. Need one 12AX7 or a full retube for your amp? Order it on a Tuesday and the shipping's on us.
Mark your calendar, and shop every vacuum tube we carry.
What Else Is Ruby Tubesday About?
Ruby Tubesday is a moment to reflect on our commitment to the music industry: the best price and the highest quality tubes available. It is our reminder, to you and to ourselves, of why we started doing this in the first place. Quality sound is our passion.
Musicians shouldn't have to choose between a tube they can trust and a price that makes sense. A tube that goes noisy halfway through a set, or a power section that was never properly matched, costs you more than money. It costs you the gig, the session, or the tone you worked hard to dial in. Ruby Tubesday is about keeping both promises at once: tubes that perform, at a price that respects the people who play them.
Highest Quality: Matched, Tested, Ready
Every tube we sell goes through the same process before it reaches your amp:
- Burn-in first. Every tube is burned in before it ever touches the bench, so early failures show up here and not on your stage.
- Individually tested. Each tube is bench tested on its own, not sampled from a batch.
- Checked for noise and microphonics. Preamp tubes are screened so you hear your guitar, not hiss, crackle, or ringing.
- Matched and graded. Pairs and quads are matched so your power section stays balanced and sounds the way it was designed to.
- If it doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship. Simple as that.

Best Price, Without Cutting Corners
Quality only matters if you can afford to put it in your amp. That's why the extras other shops charge for come standard here:
- Free shipping on all vacuum tubes every Tuesday through the end of 2026, with no minimum.
- Matching, testing and burn-in at no extra charge. No "matched pair" upcharge.
- Free shipping on orders $125+ the rest of the week.
- A 6-month tube warranty, because we stand behind every tube that leaves our bench.
